28th Annual Dinner Auction – Casino Royale

Dear friend of Holy Cross School, 

Plans are already underway for our 28th Annual Dinner Auction, taking place on May 2, 2026. This is our school’s largest and most impactful fundraiser.  Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, past events have funded vital upgrades to our school, including a new security vestibule, ballistic window film, and replacement Chromebooks. This year’s proceeds will support school expansion, enhanced building security, and classroom improvements–initiatives that directly strengthen the educational experience for every Holy Cross student.

We would be honored if you would consider contributing to this year’s Auction. Donations may take the form of auction items or advertisement space in the event program. The deadline to submit is March 27, 2026. 

  1. Auction Item Donation:
    Our event features both silent and live auctions. Donations may include gift certificates, merchandise, or services. To arrange for your donation to be picked up—or for any questions—please contact us at solicitation@holycrossdewitt.org. Donations may also be mailed directly to the school at the address above. Your company name and donation will be acknowledged in the Auction program.

  2. Auction Program Advertising & Patron Support:
    We offer half-page (5.5" x 4.25") black-and-white advertisements for $100, as well as listings on our Patron Support page for $50. Please contact us to reserve your space.
