Raffle tickets are now available online. Single tickets are$10. Tickets can also be purchased in sets of 3 for $25. Winner receives 50% of raffle proceeds. You don’t need to be present to win. Drawing will take place during the Auction event on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

FAQS

  • Check-in opens at 5:30 PM. Cocktail hour starts at 5:30 PM.

    Dinner will be begin at 6:30 PM.

  • There is not a formal dress code for the event, but we encourage you to lean into the theme! Check out the Kentucky Derby style guide for ideas.

  • It’s a good idea to have some cash for the the cash bar and Diamond Raffle.

    For auction purchases and donations, you may choose to use cash, check, credit card, or your Holy Cross FACTS account.

  • Yes, guests are assigned to a table, but the Auction Committee does their best to accommodate all requests. If you are new or don’t have a seating request, they will try to seat you with other parents in your child's class.

  • There will be some light appetizers followed by a dinner stations catered by Karen’s Catering.

    Stations will include carving station, an Italian/pasta station and a salad station. Coffee and dessert will be available following dinner.

  • Raffle tickets can be bought online through Thursday, May 15 and in-person the night of the event.

  • The Live Auction usually ends around 9:30 PM, and then attendees who need to can proceed to checkout at their leisure.
