Please join us for the 4th Annual Pizza Bingo on Friday, March 8 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM in Yeazel Hall at Holy Cross Church. Delicious pizzas made by Cam's Pizza on-site are available for pre-order. There will be drinks and desserts as well as bingo cards included in your pizza family pack. 

• Family Pack - Only $30.00 and includes a 16" Cheese Pizza (8 slices) plus a drink, dessert & a Bingo card for each family member (additional cards available for purchase at event).

What is Taste of Holy Cross?

It's one of the most delicious and fun nights of the school year! Taste of Holy Cross is a wonderful evening spent exploring and enjoying the food and culture from countries all over the world. We will enjoy bagpipers, Irish dancing by our very own Holy Cross students, crafts, and much more! Learn more here.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 15)

Since 1925, children across America have participated in classroom, school and regional spelling bees with the hope of making it to the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

The top four Holy Cross Students will continue on to the Regional Spelling Bee with a chance to compete in the National spelling Bee.

Come enjoy the carols of the season with our talented students under the direction of our amazing music teacher, Mrs. Amanda Dunlap. Our school Christmas concert will be on Tuesday, December 12 at 7:00 PM at Holy Cross Church! 

• Students should arrive no later than 6:45 PM and be dressed in Christmas dress clothes.

Join us for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on Friday, December 8 at 9:15 AM. Fourth grade will help lead our liturgy. We hope you can join us!

The holidays are coming! The Holy Cross School PTO wants to help make the season even more special for your children by giving them the opportunity to shop (in secret) for the perfect gift for Mom, Dad, grandparents, siblings, and other important people in their lives!

We will need lots of help for this event including donations and volunteers. Volunteer duties include room monitoring, budget assistance, and gift bagging.

Students at Holy Cross School are faithfully preparing for their upcoming performance of a nativity musical, The First Christmas. Kindergarten students are getting into their roles as characters. Fourth grade students will be singing and narrating, and our fifth and sixth grade students will be caroling. The Holy Cross School community joyfully invites you to come experience the story of the first Christmas as told through the heartwarming voices of our amazing students. Picture Retakes is a dress down day only for those getting their picture taken. Families may choose what students would like to wear to school for their portrait sitting.

• If you need retakes, you will need to return your original package to the photographer on the retake day. A new package will be produced from the new image and will be delivered in 3-4 weeks to the school.

• Pictures will be taken in the gym first thing in the morning.

• Order packets are in the office if needed.

The Town of Dewitt will be voting at the open town board meeting on Monday, November 13 for final approval of a security guard position at Holy Cross School. If you are interested in attending and showing your support for this position at our school, please join us at the Dewitt Town Hall, (5400 Butternut Dr, East Syracuse, NY) at 6:00 PM. We will keep you updated with any changes.
