Parent Info Night
On September 1 at 6:30 PM, we invite you to attend our Back-to-School Parent Night in the gym. We will go over many important details about the year and offer time for questions and to connect with other parents. Uniforms from our uniform exchange will be available free of charge. (This event is for parents only. New & returning families are encouraged to attend.)
Backpack Drop Off Day
On September 2, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, we will have backpack drop-off day. Students and families are invited to come anytime during this block of time to see their classrooms and drop off school supplies for the year. PK3, PK4, and Kindergarten will also have orientations during this time. (You will hear directly from your child’s teacher regarding this.)
First Day of School (½ day)
🎈 Welcome back to school! First day of school at Holy Cross School is Tuesday, September 8th. The first day of school is a ½ day. Dismissal will be at 11:30 AM.

Parochial League Parent Interest Meeting
Mandatory meeting for any parent of a child interested in parochial season cheerleading and/or basketball

Halloween Parade, Trunk or Treat, & Costume Contest (Half Day)
Come to school in costume! 👻
Please no weapons or props that are inappropriate for school or overly scary costumes.
Students who choose can enter the Holy Cross School Costume Contest.
Parents are invited to come see the Halloween Parade (beginning at 9:30 AM) and/or participate in the Trunk or Treat.
Students will be dismissed for half-day dismissal at 11:30 AM.
No aftercare available.
Please note that J-D does not provide busing at the half day dismissal. Please make alternate plans for pick up that day.

Pet Blessing
To commemorate the Feast of St. Francis, we will have a special Pet Blessing on Monday, October 6th at 8:30 AM during morning prayer. Bring your pet to be blessed to the front entrance of the school.
Fall Festival
Save the date! Holy Cross Church & School is excited to invite you, your family, and your friends to the Holy Cross Fall Festival! Come rain or shine! Join us for 10:30 AM Sunday Mass. Following Mass, head over to Holy Cross School for food, fun, and games.
Curriculum Night
