Media Consent
We respect your student’s right to privacy, and utilize many safeguards to protect student data and personally identifiable information. We have a vibrant academic organization with an active presence in our community. At times, Holy Cross staff members will photograph or record students and/or their work to share with you and our community. As such, we need your permission to share any media involving your student. Some places you might see this content is in our weekly Sunday Email (sent to families and faculty), on our digital display boards in the school building, on our website, in our church bulletin or diocesan newspaper, and on our school, parish, or diocesan social media accounts. Our policy is to not post names of students with any images or recordings. Our goal is to capture memories and to connect you and the community with the amazing work of our students.
